Camp Parent Meeting
June 29th
There will be a camp meeting for parents June 29th @ 5PM in the youth building.
We will have all the information packets there for you so you can be prepared for the date of departure.
Remember we will need a copy of your current insurance card and a medical release form for each student. The release forms have to be notarized (we will have notaries at the meeting for your convenience).
If you are unable to make the meeting you can come by the church office anytime between 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Monday thru Friday and pick up an info packet and forms and have them notarized.
